IGLEZIA’s jewellery shipping costs will be added to the total amount of your order.
These costs may vary because they depend on the weight and destination of your order.
Shipping costs do not include customs costs, which may be charged at the destination country on receipt of the package.

Jewellery is individually handmade and often client customised. The complexity of each order might interfere with delivery periods; from 5 to 15 working days (Portugal and EU) and up to 20 days for all other countries.
At certain times of the year (such as the festive season or public holidays), deliveries might take longer.
IGLEZIA will always keep you updated and try to be as fast as possible.
When you buy something from IGLEZIA’s website, you have to register and provide information regarding invoicing and delivery.
For security reasons, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
IGLEZIA’s jewellery will always be registered at the Post Office of Oporto – Portugal.
When your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with access to your jewellery’s location.
Only when IGLEZIA receives and confirms your payment will your order begin the shipping process.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the post office services will leave you a document so you can pick it up later.
It will stay at your nearest post office for a period of between 3 to 5 working days. Beyond this period, your order will return to IGLEZIA.
To restart the process, the client must place a specific written request via email at email@example.com, and new shipping costs will be charged.
If the order gets lost, IGLEZIA will refund the client for the total amount of the order.

International purchases and/or orders may be subject to customs or import taxes when entering the destination country. For more information, clients must seek advice from authorities in the country in question.
If the order gets lost, IGLEZIA will refund the client for the total amount of the order, but will only take responsibility for transport to the destination country.
Transport from there on, taken care of by the post office services at destination, is not IGLEZIA’s responsibility.

Prices are set in Euros (€) with Portuguese tax (IVA 23%) included.
Jewellery prices are shown on the website, except in the case of typing or computing mistakes.
In the case of an error in the price of any given product, IGLEZIA will contact the client, providing the correct amount and the option of reconfirming the order, or cancelling it and getting the money back.
At any point and without previous notice, IGLEZIA reserves the right to change the prices, services, payment methods on its online store, as well as all of the information on the website.
The Portfolio pieces don’t have a price because they form part of IGLEZIA projects developed over the years.

IGLEZIA’s jewellery is handmade meaning that sometimes there may be minor differences between what you see on the website and what you get at home.
IGLEZIA works with different materials, depending on the moment and inspiration.
From noble metals such as silver or gold, or other types of metal, natural or synthetic stones, wood, plastic, resin, porcelain and even just a simple stone from the beach, anything works.
There is information about the materials used in every image on the website and, when clients place an order they will get a certificate with all the information about the product they have just bought.
Whenever the product is made of noble metals such as silver or gold, it will be marked with a hallmark with information regarding its toque.
Jewellery is sensitive and delicate and therefore needs special care to make it last as long as possible:
Legally, every piece of jewellery from IGLEZIA has a two year guarantee, starting on the day it is registered on your proof of purchase.
IGLEZIA will not be held responsible for damage caused by lack of care, inadequate usage or negligence.
IGLEZIA does not exchange or refund customized orders or orders with specific changes requested by the client.
Exchanges or refunds must be returned to IGLEZIA by registered mail in exactly the same state they were received, with their packaging, their certificate and any additional documentation. The address is:

IGLEZIA will exchange your product for another of the same or higher value, if the client provides proof of purchase within seven days of receiving the order.
The postage costs are the client’s responsability.
REFUNDS (Free Termination of Contract)
The customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs and without having to state the reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the client must complete and send the following form to the email email@example.com, with the subject “Free Termination of Contract”.

Within 14 (fourteen) days after the communication to our contract resolution email, the customer must return it by registered mail to the address:

The product must be returned exactly as delivered, in perfect conditions, including invoice, packaging, certificate and security seal.
The amount will be fully refunded through the same means of payment that was used by the customer in the initial transaction, when the products are received by IGLEZIA and checked the entire contents of the package.
Refund postal costs will be covered by the client.
During the guarantee period, IGLEZIA will repair your jewellery for no additional cost, as long as there is proof of purchase.
IGLEZIA will only repair your jewellery after analysing and verifying its correct usage.
After the two year guarantee period, IGLEZIA will give the client a quote for the repair.
The information that IGLEZIA gets from its clients is only what is strictly necessary. It is confidential and never shared with others.
This information is stored to ensure clear communication between IGLEZIA and clients, and to help orders run smoothly.
Everytime you place an order you will be asked to provide your full name, contact details of the people/persons buying and receiving the product.
If necessary, you will be asked to provide additional information such as finger, wrist or neck measurements, which will be added to your online form or by email.
It is important that the information you provide is correct and updated, since it is the client’s reponsability to provide the correct details and not up to IGLEZIA to confirm and verify it.
IGLEZIA does not request information, and does not save nor have access to personal payment details such as internet keys, credit card passwords or debit cards.
With regards to PayPal payments, clients will be redirected to its website (www.paypal.com), where they will proceed with payment through their personal account registered on this international electronic transaction platform.
